The sulfur amino acid, energy metabolism and obesity (STAY)-consortium is an international project funded under the umbrella of the European Joint Programming Initiative “A Healthy Diet for a Healthy Life” (JPI HDHL), Sulfur amino acids, energy metabolism and obesity (STAY, Poject Number: 727565).
The consortium is organizing a one-day seminar on sulfur amino acids and human health at the Department of Pharmacology, University of Oxford on Sep 21st where the main aim is to disseminate results from the consortium. In addition, external speakers and collaborators have been invited to present data relevant to the topic of the seminar.
The seminar will take place in the David Smith Lecture Theatre from 9 am to 16.35 pm. Lunch is included for registered participants.
If more than 20 participants register for the in-person meeting, a coach service may be organized from the HCY2023 conference in Cambridge on Sep 20th. Details to follow.

Participants need to organize accommodation on their own. If you wish to stay at a college, bookings can be made through https://www.universityrooms.com/. The colleges closest to the Department of Pharmacology with available accommodation as per August 3rd are Mansfield College and Wadham College. Magdalen College (10 min walk) and Christ Church (15 min walk) also have rooms available.
